Core Values
Connection
I embrace people of all abilities, sizes, races, ethnicities, citizenships, religions, cultures, and orientations. I strive to meet people where they are at. There are no bad emotions or “shoulds” in my presence. You and your emotions are welcomed with non-judgement. Much of what we experience in this life is very normal. We all need connection to heal.
Spiritually
Wild Women Wellness is a Christian influenced practice. If you desire to bring your Christianity into session, I am a safe space for that.
Personally, I am also a Universalist who believes there is more than one path to truth, source, the Devine, light, or peace.
Wild Women Wellness honors the Mother of our Earth & the deep healing available in nature. Throughout my life, I have sought to connect deeper to the Navajo roots of my grandmother and great grandmothers.
Spirituality is deeply personal. Nothing comes into session that you don’t desire to discuss. I am very client-led and spirituality will only be a topic of conversation if you want it to be.
Safety & Trust
Boundaries are important in all areas of life including our sessions. It’s how relationships are defined but also how trust is built and established. I am committed to the safety and trust of my clients.
Communication in-session is encouraged regarding comfortability, boundaries, questions, feedback, and clear communication between coach and client.
I will uphold boundaries with you regarding my time, scheduling, and practice as I encourage you to do the same in your own life.
